Level 2 Coordinator Certification Program:
Level 2 certification is for applicants that have developed advanced competencies in Lean Project Delivery and have experience coordinating and implementing lean methods and tools with-in their organizations and on projects.
Applicants will have attended formalized training on the Last Planner System, Target Value Design and Pull Planning and have experience on a minimum of one completed project or equivalent lean implementation experience.

Formal training/experience with three of the following tools; VSM, P3, A3 Business Planning, LPD Procurement, Multi-Party Agreements, CBA, SAT, 5S, 5 WHY, Pull Planning and Constraint Management
The following are recommended options for developing capabilities:
Participation in LCI-C national conferences or local lean training events
LPD 201 Last Planner System Bootcamp offered by LCI-C
LPD 202 Target Value Design Bootcamp offered by LCI-C
Participate in training on lean methods and tools
Required Training and Experience:
Applicant will have completed 15 hours of formal lean training plus have a minimum of 1500 hours of applied practical experience.
Certification will require passing the exam and submitting an application outlining experience with lean methods and tools with references.
