There are also a number of methods and tools (P3, TVD, 5WHY, 5S, CBA, VSM) that we use to solve problems, improve processes and decision making.

Lean Project Delivery (LPD) empowers teams to deliver exceptional projects at less cost. Learn how to facilitate a project to drastically improve productivity, performance and profitability.
Target Value Design
Collaboration and a focued work effort are key to delivering VALUE at the cost the Owner is willing to pay. In this workshop you will learn how facilitate a lean and more integrated design process that can achieve a 15% reduction in project cost.
The Last Planner System is the adaption of the Toyota Production System for construction. You will learn how to plan and deliver projects with discipline and accountability on the road to completing projects with higher performance and profit margins.
We also focus on integrating performance testing (commissioning) into the project delivery process. Our lean commissioning process (LeanCx) enables teams to get dto the finish line early.
